Buddy Oxford is one our friendliest, happiest residents. He had a tough start but he cares for every kitten that comes in. He cleans them, cuddles them, and lets them sleep with him.  Truly a wonder cat who deserves nothing but the best in life. He's been through so much and come so far since hes been here, and needs a forever home fit for a king.
