SHELTER FEES:

Adoption Fee                                 $200.00

 

Adoption fee includes the following items: 

• Spay or Neuter

• Medical examination for general good health

• Preliminary vaccinations

• Microchip identification implant

• Fourteen-day post-adoption health support​​

 

 

Return Fee                                     $200.00

   If you have adopted a cat from us and the need arises to return the cat to

   the shelter, the Return Fee is used to defray updated medical costs as

   well as reacclimate the cat to the shelter life.

Surrender Fee                                $100.00

   If you release a cat into the custody of the shelter, the Surrender Fee is

   used to defray all costs including new medical treatments, room and board. 

   Only Town of Huntington Residents may surrender a cat to the shelter.​

We strive to keep all our fees reasonable.  We depend upon these charges to keep the shelter running smoothly and efficiently.
