Bowie is the classic tale of a broken heart. How she portrays herself in the shelter environment is wholeheartedly related to her let down. Bowie over time has grown to trust the people familiar to her, but always with a wall. She really is a gentle creature, who just needs time and space to learn what real love is. Gentle pets are sometimes allowed; treats make her happiest. Bowie will wait patiently for that unconditional love and happily ever after.
