Jangle is truly a grateful cat.  Once entering our facility for TNR, he told us that he wasn’t meant for life outdoors.  After starting to open up, he’s never looked back.  Jangle is outwardly always seeking love and affection; you’ll know by his adorable little meow.  The reason we realized initially he was friendly was through his chatty manner.  Jangle is such a good boy.  He settled in so easily at the shelter we think he would have an easy time in most environments!
