Our most sensitive girl, Ruler!  The progress made every day makes us so proud of her.  Ruler is a girl with so much willingness to love.  Her confidence is just lacking as of right now.  In a one-on-one situation, we’re certain she would immensely blossom.  Ruler’s flirtatious nature made us fall instantly in love with her.  Another selling point was those sappy puppy dog eyes.  We believe she’s ready for her next chapter!
