Virgo is the definition of spunky.  She's a particular cat for someone that doesn't mind that she rules the roost.  Virgo is more than happy to express her feelings.  Her vocal personality is one of the things we adore most about her.  Our best way to describe Virgo is eccentric.  She knows how to be the center of all attention.
